1. How do I buy tickets?
  • Online: To purchase tickets online, first you have to register. This can be done either prior to purchasing tickets or during the purchase of tickets. You only need to register once. The next time you want to purchase tickets online, you only need to sign in.

  • Outlets: Orleans Arena, Gold Coast box office, The Orleans box office, Suncoast box office, and The Galleria at Sunset.
2. I forgot my password, is there a way to retrieve it?
Click the Register/Sign In tab, and you should see a link near the bottom that says, "I forgot my password, help!" Your password will be sent to your email. In the event that your email address has changed, you can re-register with new email or call (702) 284-7777 for further assistance.

3. How can I modify my account?
First, sign in to your account, then click My Account tab. A page with your information i.e. name, password, email address, and so on will be displayed, which you can edit. Once all changes are made, click on the Update button at the bottom of the page.

4. What if an event is cancelled?
Please provide your account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased the ticket at a retail outlet, you will need to return the tickets directly to the original point of purchase.

5. What is your policy regarding refund and exchanges?
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

6. Is there a limit on how many tickets we can purchase online?
Yes, online ticket purchase is limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Ticket limits vary, depending on the anticipated demand of the event.

7. What is the cutoff time for online ticket sales?
The cutoff time is 3:00pm on the day of the event.

8. Do you have a mailing list?
If you have registered for purchasing tickets online, you are automatically added to our mailing list. If not, you can sign up at http://www.orleansarena.com and click on the Mailing List tab. The mailing list will send you the latest news on Orleans Arena, ticket pre-sales, promotions or offers.

9. How can I get the best seats?
The best way is to purchase them once they go on sale. Our ticketing system chooses the best available seats for the chosen price level at the time of purchase. We do not reserve a specific amount of tickets for different outlets; therefore, the odds of getting tickets are the same, no matter which method and/or outlet you choose.

10. What is Order Processing Fee?
The Order Processing Fee is usually $3.00 per order and it covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when purchasing online or over the phone. This charge includes services like taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing system, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating with the Box Office. It is applied to your entire order, not each ticket. The Order Processing Fee is applied regardless of whether your tickets are mailed or purchased at the Box Office.

11. What are your payment & delivery methods?
Orleans Arena accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. During your purchase, you will be required to accept all terms and conditions before completing your transaction. Orders are processed only after the name and billing address of the cardholder has been verified. Orleans Arena will only mail tickets to the name and billing address of the cardholder. No other names or addresses may be used.
For your protection, orders of eight or more tickets, or totaling more than $250 will not be mailed. These orders will be held for pickup at the Box Office Will Call Window.
Customer must bring the credit card used to purchase their tickets and a valid driver license. The person picking up the tickets must be the owner of the credit card.
Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order than can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, we will contact the customer at the time of purchase. If we're unable to reach you after initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
Orleans Arena will not mail to Post Office Boxes, unless it's the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder. There are no refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final once the transaction is completed. Tickets can be picked up 1 hour prior to showtime. If you would like to change the way you receive your tickets, i.e. will call or mailed, you need to call 702-284-7777.

12. I live overseas, how can I purchase tickets online?
At this point, it can only be arranged through email at tickets@coastcasinos.net or call 1-702-284-7777.

13. What is your privacy policy?
Orleans Arena is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not sell nor distribute customer information to resources outside of Coast Hotels & Casinos, Inc.
By using our online ticketing system, you agree to the policies and procedures set forth by Orleans Arena management. 14. Do you have any services for disabled?
For ADA information and requests, please call (702) 365-7469 ext.15109.
There are designated seats in various locations at every event for guests with disabilities and those needing special assistance. Please notify a ticket agent prior to your purchase.
If you require special assistance while attending an event at one of our venues, please contact guest services at (702) 365-7469 ext.15109 in advance of your arrival.
